Order preparation

In-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 working days. During launches and holidays, preparation may take slightly longer. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order leaves our Hong Kong studio.

Delivery options

Tracked worldwide shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.99 for every order. Destinations currently supported are shown in the checkout country selector.

Tracking and delivery

Every order is sent with tracking. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and can vary by destination and local processing. Please provide a secure address where someone can receive the parcel.

Local taxes

Any local taxes or carrier charges applicable at the delivery destination are the recipient’s responsibility unless they are shown during secure payment.

Delays or loss

If tracking has not updated for five working days or the parcel appears damaged, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
