Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, payment or fraud checks require it, and will refund any amount collected.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable local taxes and the $9.99 delivery charge are displayed before payment. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Products and delivery

We take care to display colour and detail accurately, but screens vary. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the address supplied.

Intellectual property

All original designs, photography, copy and site materials belong to LooksClassy or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Responsibility

Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss or events outside reasonable control.
