We want every piece to feel exactly right.

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Items must be sent back promptly after authorisation.

Return condition

Garments must be unworn, unaltered and returned with original tags, protective packaging and accessories. Marks, scent, makeup, damage or removed tags may make an item ineligible. Final-sale and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to begin

Email support@looksclassy.com with your order number and reason. We will send the correct return address and instructions. Unauthorised returns may be delayed.

Inspection and refund

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days. Original delivery fees are not refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faults and exchanges

Contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs if an item arrives damaged. We do not offer direct exchanges; return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size.
